For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.

Ecclesiastics 3:1

Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice. Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity. Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. '
Psalms 51:7-12

DRAW NEAR SERIES NO. 2: ON THE MOUNTAINSIDE

The Sermon on the Mount offers Jesus’ teaching on living a life centered on God and His purpose. He teaches about humility, love, forgiveness, prayer, generosity, and trusting God rather than the things of this world. At its heart, the Sermon on the Mount is a call to live with hearts transformed by God and lives that point others toward Him.

Meditation: Matthew 5-7

Draw near Series No. 3: Through the Sea

The parting of the Red Sea tells the story of God making a way for the Israelites to escape slavery and begin a new chapter of freedom. As they stood trapped between the sea and the approaching Egyptian army, God parted the waters and led His people safely through. The story is a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness, His power to make a way where there seems to be none, and the courage to move forward in faith.

Meditation: Exodus 14
