For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.
Ecclesiastics 3:1
God’s voice thunders in marvelous ways;
He does great things beyond our understanding.
He says to the snow, “Fall on the earth,”
and to the rain shower, “Be a mighty downpour”.
Jon 37:5-6

Still Growing
Still Growing speaks to the quiet hope of the Christian life: that in surrender, seeking wisdom, and in abiding, growth continues. True spiritual growth often happens not in grand displays, but in the unseen, humble spaces—when we lean into God's presence, trust His timing, and allow ourselves to be held by His grace. Like the snake plant, we may not always appear to be changing, but beneath the surface, God is shaping us—refining our hearts, strengthening our roots, and preparing us to flourish in due season.
In a culture that celebrates instant results and visible success, this piece serves as a reminder that Christ invites us into a slower, deeper way. We are not called to strive endlessly, but to remain—planted in His Word, nourished by His Spirit, and anchored in His promises. Just as the soil holds the plant, His grace holds us. Just as the light draws the leaves upward, His love draws us closer.
Even in dry seasons, even in silence or stillness, God is faithful to finish what He started in us. We are planted with purpose, sustained by grace, and always—still growing.
Peaceful Perch
Peaceful Perch captures a moment of quiet refuge. Inspired by the peace that comes from faith in Jesus, the lone bird finds rest among swirling branches and fluttering leaves, symbolizing a place of safety and renewal. The natural forms surrounding the bird echo the nurturing presence of God, who shelters us in times of weariness.
This piece reflects the promise found in Matthew 11:28: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” It is an invitation to find rest not through our own efforts, but through the grace freely given by Christ.
Through this collage, I hope to express the deep comfort and hope that grace brings—a reminder that no matter the storms around us, we can find a haven of peace in Jesus.
